Terms of Service – Question of Time (QOT)

Effective Date: November 27, 2025

By purchasing or using the QOT scooter suitcase (“QOT”, “we”, “our”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use or buy the product.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to purchase or operate the QOT scooter suitcase. Users under 18 should have adult supervision.

2. Product Use

Use the scooter suitcase responsibly and according to instructions. Do not use it in unsafe conditions or for purposes other than travel and transport.

3. Safety & Liability

The scooter suitcase should be used at your own risk. QOT is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damage resulting from improper use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials belong to QOT or its partners. You may not copy or use them without permission.

5. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability may change.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be handled in French courts.

Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Return Guarantee

At QOT, we want you to love your purchase.
If you are not fully satisfied with your scooter suitcase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused or in “like new” condition
  • All accessories, parts, and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

QOT reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items
